        Analyse and understand island tourist destinations

        • Analyse the tourism potential of an island and Creole territory.
        • Identify the strengths, constraints and challenges of a tourist destination.
        • Identify changes and new expectations of tourist clienteles.
        • Define the positioning of a destination in line with its identity, resources and target markets.

        Promote heritage and Creole identity

        • Promote the cultural, natural and gastronomic heritage of a territory.
        • Build a territorial development and attractiveness strategy.
        • Design authentic and immersive tourism experiences.

        Develop, promote and manage a sustainable tourism offer

        • Develop a tourism offer integrating sustainable tourism principles.
        • Promote a destination to national and international clienteles.
        • Mobilise local stakeholders around a territorial enhancement project.
        • Manage tourism projects contributing to the influence of Creole territories.

          Duration : 21h training

          + 49h d’immersion (minimum)

          Target Audience

          • Participants aged 18 and over
          • Employees seeking a career change and job seekers aged under and over 30

          • No diploma or qualification required
          • Basic computer skills are recommended
          • Completion of a pre-training assessment is required
