Analyse and understand island tourist destinations
- Analyse the tourism potential of an island and Creole territory.
- Identify the strengths, constraints and challenges of a tourist destination.
- Identify changes and new expectations of tourist clienteles.
- Define the positioning of a destination in line with its identity, resources and target markets.
Promote heritage and Creole identity
- Promote the cultural, natural and gastronomic heritage of a territory.
- Build a territorial development and attractiveness strategy.
- Design authentic and immersive tourism experiences.
Develop, promote and manage a sustainable tourism offer
- Develop a tourism offer integrating sustainable tourism principles.
- Promote a destination to national and international clienteles.
- Mobilise local stakeholders around a territorial enhancement project.
- Manage tourism projects contributing to the influence of Creole territories.
